Local Court & Arbitrators

The local courts are auxiliary authorities of the judiciary.

You are responsible for, among other things, the following tasks:

• Notarization of signatures
• Certification of Transcripts and Copies, Public and Private Documents
• Estimates of the value of real estate and other items
• Measures to secure the estate
• Creating death notices for the probate court

The municipality of Gründau is divided into two local court districts:

Arbitrator The arbitration office is a voluntary, temporary office held to mediate civil law cases. It is exercised by an arbitrator elected for a limited term.
