With the funding benefits of the Third Book of the Social Code (SGB III) and the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II), there are good opportunities available for how your job center can support you in your integration into work. In cases where these funding opportunities are not sufficient, so-called discretionary funding under SGB II can provide additional support.
Whether support from the discretionary benefits under Book II of the Social Code (SGB II) is necessary and possible in your specific situation, and if so, how it can be structured, will be decided by your responsible integration specialist. In principle, both financial benefits and participation in measures are possible. You have no legal entitlement to this funding.
There is no deadline. Benefits of discretionary funding can only be provided for the period after the application has been submitted.
