Modify the permit for participation in the trade in narcotics

If you want to change, extend or renew your authorization to participate in narcotics trade, you must submit an application for amendment.

Sie können für eine bestehende Erlaubnis beim Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM) einen Änderungsantrag stellen für:

• Änderung einer Erlaubnis
• Verlängerung einer befristeten Erlaubnis
• Erweiterung einer Erlaubnis
• Verzicht auf eine Erlaubnis

Das BfArM stimmt dem Änderungsantrag nur für die bereits beantragte Betriebsstätte und den jeweils notwendigen Umfang an Betäubungsmitteln zu. Für wissenschaftliche oder befristete Vorhaben erhalten Sie bei einem Verlängerungsantrag in der Regel wiederum eine befristete Erlaubnis.

Die Änderung einer Erlaubnis zur Teilnahme am Betäubungsmittelverkehr können Sie online, formlos schriftlich oder teilweise über ein Antragsformular beim Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM) beantragen.

Wenn Sie die Änderung einer Erlaubnis online beantragen:

• Go to the federal portal website and open the online application. This will guide you step by step through the necessary information.
• Wenn Sie den Antrag als Organisation stellen, benötigen Sie ein ELSTER-Unternehmenskonto und ein ELSTER-Organisationszertifikat. Wenn Sie den Antrag als Privatperson stellen, benötigen Sie ein BundID-Konto sowie
  • an electronic identification document, for example the online ID function of your identity card or the eID of your European home country
  • or an ELSTER certificate
• Upload the required documents as a file. The permitted formats are PDF, DOC, JPEG, PNG, XLS, ZIP with a maximum of 10 megabytes per file.
• The BfArM is reviewing your information and documents.
• The BfArM will contact you if your information or documents are incomplete and will give you a deadline for submitting the missing items.
• The BfArM will send you a certificate of permission or a notice of rejection as well as a notice of fees.

Wenn Sie die Änderung einer Erlaubnis über ein Antragsformular oder schriftlich beantragen:
