We are your direct contact point for cross-border consumer issues and provide free assistance with problems involving a merchant from another EU country.
Are you unsure how to identify a reputable online shop on the internet? Do you not know exactly what to look out for when buying a car in another EU country?
Or do you have a problem with a company from another EU country and cannot resolve it on your own, for example with a flight delay or problems with an online shop?
We are happy to advise and inform you about your consumer rights in the EU.
As part of the European Consumer Centers Network (ECC-Net), we can help you exercise your consumer rights throughout the European Single Market.
