  As a broadcast network operator, you apply for the assignment of frequencies to the Federal Network Agency.

• Apply for satellite communications (SNG) frequency allocation

  If you want to transmit video and audio signals for broadcasting at changing locations via satellite communication, you must apply for frequencies for Satellite News Gathering (SNG) with the Federal Network Agency.

• European Consumer Centre Germany

  The European Consumer Centre is your contact point if you have a question about your rights in Europe or a dispute with a company from another EU country, Iceland, or Norway. Our services are free of charge for consumers.

• Complete an EU competence certificate A1/A3 for unmanned aircraft

  For the operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in subcategories A1 and A3, you need an EU competence proof A1/A3. This is issued to you by the Federal Aviation Office (LBA) after an online training course and subsequent online examination.

• Apply for registration as an operator of unmanned aircraft

  Do you want to operate a drone or another unmanned aircraft system (UAS) in Germany? Then you must register with the Federal Aviation Office (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt – LBA) beforehand.

• Apply for permission for open-air assemblies and processions within the pacified district

  If you are planning a public gathering near the German Bundestag, the Bundesrat, or the Federal Constitutional Court, you need a permit from the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community.

• Participate in a customs auction

  Register at Zoll-Auktion and bid in the auction house of the federal government, states, and municipalities.

• Display of fireworks

  The setting off of fireworks must be notified by permit holders. Anyone who does not have a permit, on the other hand, requires an exemption permit to set off fireworks outside of New Year's Eve.
