Online erledigenAs a company or private individual, have you agreed upon an individual network tariff with your electricity grid operator? If so, you must annually prove to Ruling Chamber 4 in a report that you have complied with the necessary criteria for it.
You can enter into an individual grid fee agreement with your power grid operator if you use electricity at times when otherwise little electricity is consumed or if you consume a particularly large amount of electricity.
If you, as a company or private individual, have agreed upon an individual network charge with your electricity grid operator, you must report this to Decision Chamber 4. In addition, you must provide Decision Chamber 4 with an annual report proving that you have complied with the criteria for the individual network charge agreement. Decision Chamber 4 can subsequently carry out an audit, the so-called ex-post control.
A so-called atypical network usage occurs when you use electricity at unusual times. This means that the maximum of your annual electricity consumption—the so-called individual annual peak load—falls outside the time when a lot of electricity is consumed in your grid area.
In this case, you can negotiate an individual network tariff with the power grid operator, which includes a discount of up to 80 percent of the standard network tariff.
