Have you paid for the repatriation of a person who died as a result of an occupational accident, a commuting accident, or an occupational disease? Then you can, under certain conditions, get the costs reimbursed.

Description

The agricultural professional association may reimburse you for the costs of a transfer.
This applies to

  • surviving dependents as well as
  • other persons who paid for the transfer.  

You do not need to apply for the reimbursement. The agricultural employers' liability insurance association will automatically review your claim for reimbursement.

Procedure

You generally do not need to apply for the reimbursement of transfer costs. The entitlement to reimbursement is examined ex officio by the Agricultural Professional Association.
The Agricultural Professional Association is informing potential beneficiaries known to it in order to enable them to register their claims. You can still contact the Agricultural Professional Association.
