Registration in the register

• Apply for a data transmission block for your data stored in the Central Register of Foreigners

  If you are registered in the Central Register of Foreigners, you can apply under certain conditions to have your data withheld from disclosure.

• Apply for registration as an expert in the energy efficiency expert list

  If you want to register as an expert in the energy efficiency expert list, you can submit an application under certain conditions.

• Joining a model declaratory judgment action as a consumer

  If you wish to join a model declaratory action as a consumer, you can have yourself registered in a class action registry. 

• Report high-level radioactive sources to the HRQ register
• Register market participants

  If you are a market participant in the electricity or gas market, you must register in the Market Master Data Register (MaStR) of the Federal Network Agency.

• Register electricity and gas units

  If you operate an electricity or gas facility and it is connected to an electricity or gas grid, you must register the unit in the Federal Network Agency's Core Energy Market Data Register (MaStR). You only need to register planned facilities in certain cases.

• Reapply for or amend commercial designation in the directory for fisheries and aquaculture

  If you would like to apply for a new commercial designation for fishery and aquaculture products, you can submit an application for this here.

• Communicate master data of fuel price authority holders (PHI)

  If you are one of the price-setting authorities (PHI) for fuels, you have a reporting obligation to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K). You must register there and provide your master data for this purpose.

• Apply for registration in the aircraft register for non-type-certified microlight aircraft
• Apply for a personal identification number (SSR number) for entries in the Radiation Protection Register (SSR)

  For entries in the Radiation Protection Register (SSR), a personal identification number (SSR number) is required. You must apply for this from the Federal Office for Radiation Protection.
