Notify the Künstlersozialkasse of changes to the company's basic data

You must inform the Künstlersozialkasse if your company's contact details change. You should also notify the Künstlersozialkasse if your contact details expand.

For a collaboration with your company, the Künstlersozialkasse always requires your current contact details. In addition, the Künstlersozialkasse requires the information for the necessary and permissible data exchange with other institutions.

Contact details include, among others:

• Company name
• Name of the account holder
• Company address
• Bank details
• Data for a SEPA direct debit mandate
• Telephone number and fax number
• other contact information

If your contact details change, for example due to a move, please inform the Künstlersozialkasse.

You can also inform the Künstlersozialkasse if your contact details are expanded: for example, by providing a mobile phone number in addition to your landline number.

You can submit your request online or by mail.

Online message:

• Access the online form on the federal portal verwaltung.bund.de. This will guide you step by step through the necessary information, which you can enter electronically.  
• Note: You need a valid ELSTER certificate to log in to the online form.
• You will need approximately 5 minutes to fill out the online form.
• First, enter your personal information, including your submission number. You can find this in the top right corner of the letters from the Künstlersozialkasse.
• On the next page, you select your specific request.
• Then you enter the data you wish to provide or change and specify when the changes take effect.

Notification by mail:

• The following forms are available in the media center for companies and exploiters on the Künstlersozialkasse website:
  • Notice of change of basic data
  • Change of bank details (for self-payers only)
  • Form for participation in the SEPA direct debit scheme
• Please completely fill out the form that matches your request.
• Send the form to the Künstlersozialkasse. Alternatively, you can send an informal notice to the Künstlersozialkasse.

Upon receipt of your notification, the Künstlersozialkasse will review your information. If there are any questions or if further documents are required, the Künstlersozialkasse will contact you by mail.

There is no deadline.

No appeal is possible.
