• Apply for building permit for structures near the highway

  Are you planning a construction project near the highway, for example, utility installations, cell towers, or advertising structures? Even if you do not need a building permit for this project, you must apply for a road law permit.

• Apply for an exception for structures within the 40 m building restriction zone along federal motorways
