If you have evidence of potential antitrust violations, you can submit them as information or a complaint to the Federal Cartel Office.

Inputs and complaints are informal messages that you can send via

• Phone or
• Email

transmit to the Federal Cartel Office.
The Federal Cartel Office will review your submission or complaint and may initiate antitrust investigation proceedings.
You have no legal right to the initiation of proceedings.

If you have insider information or strictly confidential documents that could be used to expose

• Cartels or
• abuses of power

could lead to, you can use the Federal Cartel Office's anonymous whistleblower system (BKMS) for this purpose (Receipt of anonymous tips).

For your input or complaint, please contact the Federal Cartel Office in writing or by telephone.

• Submit your tip regarding potential violations of antitrust law to the Federal Cartel Office. You have the following options:

  • Phone or
  • Email
• Your submission or complaint will be forwarded to the competent department at the Federal Cartel Office.
• The Federal Cartel Office is reviewing your submission or complaint and will contact you if they have any questions.
• The Federal Cartel Office will then initiate antitrust proceedings on its own initiative.
