Statistical surveys and reporting obligations

• Create and publish a report on equality and equal pay
• Communicate master data of fuel price authority holders (PHI)

  If you are one of the price-setting authorities (PHI) for fuels, you have a reporting obligation to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K). You must register there and provide your master data for this purpose.

• Change or add authorized representatives, contact persons, and personal data in the accreditation process

  If you wish to add or change master data, such as that of authorized representatives or contact persons, in your ongoing accreditation procedure, you can arrange this with the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS).

• Apply for certification of modifications to terminal devices for the BOS digital radio

  If you, as a manufacturer, have made technical changes to a terminal device that is already certified for the digital radio of authorities and organizations with security tasks, compliance with the legal requirements must be tested again.

• Apply for access to the test platform for digital radio of authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS)

  If you, as a manufacturer, supplier, testing body, or other authorized party, wish to test devices or components for digital two-way radio on a test platform, you can submit an application under certain conditions.

• Designate contact point as operator of Critical Infrastructures

  If you operate a critical infrastructure, you must provide the Federal Office for Information Security with a contact point that can be reached at any time.
   

• Designate contact point for reports as an operator of energy supply networks

  If you operate an energy supply grid, you must report IT disruptions to the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) without delay. In order for you to be able to submit a report, you must first designate a contact point to the BSI.

• Establish a Joint High-Level Contact Point (GÜAS)

  You can register as a joint overarching point of contact (GÜAS) with the BSI. Following registration, you can act as a contact point for notifications and security notices for operators of critical infrastructures belonging to the same sector.

• Submit report to the Veterinary Medicinal Products Delivery Volume Register (TAR)

  If you, as a pharmaceutical company or wholesaler, supply certain veterinary medicinal products containing antimicrobial or specific substances to veterinary dispensaries or other recipients, you must report the quantities annually to the Veterinary Medicinal Product Dispensing Volume Register.

• Report undesirable effects and health damage from cosmetics

  If you use cosmetics and experience adverse effects, you can report them. As a manufacturer or distributor, you are required to report effects with serious health consequences to the authorities.
