The information portal „Anerkennung in Deutschland“ is the official advice center for questions regarding the recognition of professional qualifications from the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland in Germany.

As an advisory center, we answer questions from citizens of the EU, the EEA, and Switzerland regarding the recognition of their professional qualifications in Germany.

We also provide information to individuals with professional qualifications from Germany who are planning professional recognition in another EU or EEA state or in Switzerland.

Typical questions can be:
