List of "Seed Treatment Facilities with Quality Assurance Systems for Dust Reduction": Apply for inclusion of a seed treatment facility

Wenn Sie eine Beizstelle betreiben und dort Pflanzenschutzmittel einsetzen, die mit bestimmten Auflagen versehen sind, müssen Sie Ihre Prozesstechnik, -abläufe und Dokumentation prüfen lassen.

Das Julius Kühn-Institut (JKI) veröffentlicht auf seiner Internetseite eine Liste von professionellen Saatgutbehandlungs-Einrichtungen, auch Beizstellen genannt. Deren Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen zur Staubminderung sind geprüft.

Ihre Beizstelle muss in die Liste des JKI aufgenommen sein, damit Sie bestimmte vom Bundesamt für Verbraucherschutz und Lebensmittelsicherheit (BVL) zugelassene Pflanzenschutzmittel anwenden dürfen.

Das Bundesamt für Verbraucherschutz und Lebensmittelsicherheit (BVL) kann bei der Zulassung von Beizmitteln eine Risikominderungsmaßnahme, eine sogenannte Anwendungsbestimmung erteilen, die sich auf die technische Anwendung der jeweiligen Beizmittel bezieht, zum Beispiel NT699-x.

Mitarbeiterinnen oder Mitarbeiter des JKI prüfen Ihre Saatgutbehandlungseinrichtung in einem Vor-Ort-Termin. Grundlage der Prüfung sind Checklisten für die jeweiligen Kulturarten, die in der Beizstelle zur Anwendung kommen.

The goal of the inspection is environmental and nature conservation. If as little dust as possible with plant protection product abrasion is released during the dressing, storage, transport, and sowing of seeds, this protects nature.

Den Antrag auf Aufnahme in die Liste der "Saatgutbehandlungseinrichtungen mit Qualitätssicherungssystemen zur Staubminderung" können Sie online, per E-Mail oder per Post einreichen.

• Rufen Sie den Onlinedienst „Liste der Saatgutbehandlungseinrichtungen mit Qualitätssicherungssystemen zur Staubminderung: Aufnahme einer Beizstelle online beantragen“ auf. Der Onlinedienst führt Sie durch den Antrag und die erforderlichen Angaben.
• The JKI confirms receipt of your application, reviews your application, and will contact you if it requires further documents – for example
  • a schematic diagram and photos of your pickling plant,
  • Your procedure in case of faulty pickling or
  • a checklist for the internal audit.
• Im nächsten Schritt vereinbart das JKI telefonisch, per E-Mail oder per Post mit Ihnen einen Termin für eine Vor-Ort-Prüfung. Es sei denn, es wurde bereits ein Zertifikat vorgelegt, dann entfällt der Vor-Ort Termin.
• Employees of the JKI will inspect your seed treatment facility during an active seed treatment phase. If you have submitted the application for multiple crop species, the inspection will be based on a seed treatment for one crop species.
• Following a positive review, the JKI will send you a notice confirming the successful review. In addition, the JKI will publish the name and location of your seed treatment facility, along with the respective crop species, on its website.
• You settle the due amount for the exam.

Die Kosten für die allgemeine Bearbeitung Ihres Antrags ergeben sich aus der Besonderen Gebührenverordnung (BMLEHBGebV).

Die Kosten für die Prüfung der Beizstelle richten sich gemäß BMLEHBGebV nach dem zeitlichen Aufwand - für die Prüfung der Dokumente und gegebenenfalls der Vor-Ort-Prüfung. Das JKI nennt Ihnen vor Beginn der Prüfung Ihrer Beizstelle die voraussichtlichen Kosten.
