• Notify the Künstlersozialkasse of changes in legal circumstances

  If the legal status of your company changes, you must inform the Künstlersozialkasse. The change may affect your liability to pay contributions.

• Notify the artists' social insurance fund of the company's business activities

  If you have given up or closed your business, you must inform the Künstlersozialkasse. The closure of your business leads to the termination of the obligation to pay artists' social security contributions.

• Consequences of the dissolution of a compensation association founded in cooperation with the Künstlersozialkasse

  If the equalization association of which you are a member is dissolved or you leave the equalization association, you must resume your obligations toward the Künstlersozialkasse (KSK) yourself.

• Proof of claim in insolvency proceedings by the KSK

  If bankruptcy proceedings are initiated for you or your company, the Künstlersozialkasse will file its own outstanding claims.

• Report changes in the agricultural, forestry, or horticultural business or in independent work in agriculture, forestry, or horticulture

  Has anything changed at your agricultural business? You must report this to the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture.

• Report changes in the company, self-employment, or freelance work to the statutory accident insurance

  Has something changed in your company or in your self-employed or freelance work? You must report this to your professional association or accident insurance fund.

• deregister a company, self-employed activity, or freelance work from the statutory accident insurance

  If your company ceases operations, you must inform your trade association or accident insurance fund. The same applies if you terminate your freelance or self-employed activity.

• Apply for, change, or cancel voluntary insurance or supplementary insurance under the statutory accident insurance

  If you are not legally insured against workplace accidents, you can apply for voluntary insurance. You can change or cancel the insurance at any time.
