If your company is registered in the Federal Network Agency's digital directory of postal service providers, but you no longer provide postal services, you must report the termination of your activity.

Description

Since July 19, 2024, the Federal Network Agency has been maintaining a digital directory of postal service providers (postal provider directory).

As a provider of postal services, you are obliged to notify the Federal Network Agency immediately if you cease your operations. The Federal Network Agency will then delete your entry in the digital provider directory.

Procedure

  • If you cease your activity as a provider of postal services, you must notify the Federal Network Agency without delay.
  • You submit the termination notice online, just like the application for entry in the provider directory and the change notice.
  • The Federal Network Agency is deleting your registration as a postal service provider from the digital provider directory.

Deadlines

You must immediately report the termination of your activity as a postal service provider to the Federal Network Agency.

Costs & Fees

Deletion from the provider directory is subject to a fee.
