  If the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) requests information from you, you must generally provide this information.

• Received feedback from the Financial Intelligence Unit

  The Central Office for Financial Transaction Investigations (Financial Intelligence Unit, or FIU for short) shall provide the obliged entity with feedback on the relevance of its report within a reasonable time.

• Report suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing

  As a person or entity obligated under the Money Laundering Act (GwG), you must report cases that indicate money laundering or terrorist financing.

  The European Consumer Centre is your contact point if you have a question about your rights in Europe or a dispute with a company from another EU country, Iceland, or Norway. Our services are free of charge for consumers.

• Application for sworn interpreter and authorized translator

  If you wish to be called upon as translators and interpreters by a court or a notary public, you can have yourselves generally authorized or generally sworn in.

• Obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act for obliged entities in the non-financial sector (excluding organizers and intermediaries of gambling pursuant to Section 2 (1) no. 15 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act [GwG])

• Information from the enforcement portal by inspecting the central debtors' register

  To obtain information from the joint enforcement portal of the federal states, inspection of the central debtors' register is required. Inspection requires a one-time online registration.

• Apply for estate administration

  If someone owes you money and that person passes away, you can apply for an estate administration over the inheritance if there is a need for security or if the heir or heirs are unknown to you.
