Gültigkeitsgebiet: Bundesweit

Online erledigen

Quick info

If you are one of the price-setting authorities (PHI) for fuels, you have a reporting obligation to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K). You must register there and provide your master data for this purpose.

Description

To be able to report price changes to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTK-S) as a fuel price sovereign (PHI), you must first register with your master data.

You are required to report to the MTS-K if you:

  • as a mineral oil company, dictate the retail prices to operators of public gas stations and thus retain pricing sovereignty.
  • operate a public petrol station and set the fuel prices yourself. This is also the case if the selling prices were recommended to you on a non-binding basis.

Due to the reporting obligation, you are legally required to transmit every price change for standard fuels to the MTS-K within 5 minutes of the change. Standard fuels include

  • Super E5
  • Super E10
  • diesel passenger car
