Description

If you have already reported a drilling operation and unintentionally encountered groundwater in the process, you must report this to the competent authority without delay.

The authority will inform you if you may need to temporarily suspend the drilling.

The jurisdiction of the water authorities is determined by the location of the planned drilling points.

Procedure

If your request is a notification, you may proceed with your project if you have not heard from the authority within one month.

Should a water rights permit, exemption, or authorization be necessary for your project, you will receive feedback within one month.
